You'll partner with product owners and development teams to deliver high-quality software that makes a real impact.
What You'll Do
As a Scrum Master, you will:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Enable collaboration: Foster smooth communication within the team and across stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor: Guide teams in self-organization, strengthen Agile practices, and coach toward higher levels of Scrum maturity.
- Support delivery: Help product owners with planning, prioritization, and backlog refinement to ensure efficient execution.
- Remove impediments: Identify and resolve roadblocks that slow the team down.
- Promote culture: Encourage ownership, resolve conflicts constructively, and nurture a positive, productive environment.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum practices, techniques, and Agile artifacts (DoD, user stories, automated tests, backlog refinement, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, burn-up, cumulative flow, control charts).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and maintain focus under pressure.
- Practical experience with tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps Boards.
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
- Exposure to .NET development is a plus.
- At least one relevant certification (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe Agile) is required.
