Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, coaching the team in Agile methodologies, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and guide the Scrum team in agile practices and principles to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined backlog.
- Monitor and report on team progress, and ensure transparency in project status to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and promote a collaborative environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members in Agile best practices.
