Role Description
This is a full-time remote Scrum Master intern role. The Scrum Master intern will facilitate sprint planning sessions, support the development of user stories, and guide teams in Agile methodologies. Daily tasks include fostering team communication, ensuring smooth delivery of sprints, and identifying opportunities to optimize software development workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in Sprint Planning and fostering Agile workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of User Stories and their role in delivering software requirements
- Foundational knowledge or exposure to Software Development processes
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
