Coaching & Continuous Improvement - Coaches teams and Product Owners while enabling relentless improvement through metrics, feedback, and experimentation.
Flow, Dependency & Impediment Management - Optimizes flow, manages crossteam dependencies, and removes impediments to support predictable delivery.
Program & PI Execution (SAFeSpecific) - Supports PI Planning, assists in achieving PI Objectives, and ensures seamless participation in ART events.
Collaboration & Influencing Without Authority - Builds alignment across teams, ART roles, and leadership through influence, empathy, and transparency.
Systems Thinking - Understands endtoend value streams to identify systemic blockers and align team outcomes with ART and business goals.
