SAFe (Scaled Agile) Responsibilities
Participate in and support SAFe ceremonies such as:
PI Planning
ART Sync / Scrum of Scrums
System Demos
Inspect & Adapt workshops
Collaborate with Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Management, Architects, and other Scrum Masters.
Ensure teams follow SAFe Lean-Agile principles and align to ART-level objectives.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a prioritized, welldefined backlog.
Facilitate collaboration across engineering, QA, architecture, cybersecurity, and DevOps.
Foster an environment of trust, autonomy, psychological safety, and team accountability.
Technical & Cybersecurity Awareness
Use prior .NET experience to understand technical discussions and support better decision-making.
Bring system design understanding to help teams consider scalability, performance, and integration impacts.
Identify technical dependencies and work with architects/leads to mitigate them.
Encourage secure coding practices and ensure security checkpoints are integrated into Agile workflows.
Promote awareness of authentication, authorization, and data protection concepts.
Collaborate with cybersecurity partners to maintain compliance and mitigate vulnerabilities early.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Scrum & Agile Experience
2+ years of dedicated Scrum Master experience
Hands-on experience working within a SAFe Agile environment (at least one PI cycle preferred).
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
Technical Foundations
Overall, 812 years of experience preferably in software development while working with global teams
Prior experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) development.
Understanding of system design concepts (APIs, microservices, integration patterns).
Awareness of cybersecurity fundamentals (secure SDLC, OWASP, encryption, identity management).
Tools & Platforms -
Experience with Azure DevOps Agile lifecycle tools.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows is a plus.
CSM, PSM-I/II, A-CSM, or equivalent Agile certifications.
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
