We are looking for a proactive and versatile Scrum Master to join our team in Mumbai. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in Open Finance, API Banking, and regulatory technology who want to grow within the evolving financial ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist BAs in defining user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams.
  • Help the team remove impediments to ensure smooth Scrum/iteration cycles.
  • Track and report key performance metrics to stakeholders and work toward continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product owners and external stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog effectively.
  • Guide the team in implementing Scrum principles and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and an Agile mindset within the team.
  • Evaluate and recommend Agile frameworks, tools, and techniques as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in product development, ideally within a startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
  • Solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA principles.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
