Job Description

We're looking for a Scrum Master to support a large, distributed engineering team working on a complex global platform. The team has about 30 developers across India, the US, and Mexico, with product owners in EMEA. This role is a good fit for someone who is strong in scaled agile, very comfortable in Jira, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7+ years of experience in agile delivery leadership roles, can run ceremonies across time zones, track dependencies clearly, and quickly understand the impact of delays. They should communicate well with leadership, partner effectively with different stakeholders, and help the team stay focused, aligned, and predictable.

What You'll Do

Run sprint planning, standups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives
Track blockers, risks, and dependencies in Jira
Coordinate across engineering, product, QA, Production support and leadership
Surface issues early and communicate impact clearly
Help the team deliver consistently across global time zones

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Scrum Master in scaled agile environments
Strong Jira skills
Experience working with global, distributed teams
Ability to manage complex dependencies and stakeholders
Clear communication and fast decision-making under pressure
CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar agile certifications
Experience with large enterprise programs
Background in release planning, dependency management, and delivery forecasting
