About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to support an international,
multi-cloud Salesforce.com implementation program. This role will partner closely with the Program
Manager to coordinate, track, and manage program-level activities across multiple teams and
workstreams at different stages of delivery.
The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor project progress, manage risks and
dependencies, and drive alignment across business and technical teams. In addition, this role will
support Portfolio Performance Office initiatives, including ongoing maintenance and support of the
Fluid Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team
checkpoints
• Coordinate program-level activities across multiple teams, stakeholders, and project phases
• Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and communicate status clearly to leadership and
teams
• Help drive consensus and alignment across cross-functional and international teams
• Apply appropriate project management and Scrum practices, tools, and governance to support
delivery
• Support and maintain Portfolio Performance Office processes and the Fluid Platform
Required Qualifications:
• 8-9 years of project management experience using formal methodologies and processes
• At least 4 years of experience leading project teams of 8 or more team members
• 10-12 years of related IT or business analysis experience
• Experience with software development and lifecycle methodologies
• Working knowledge of Agile methods and Scrum practices
• Experience working with international teams
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office, and other standard productivity tools
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• 2+ years working in an Agile organization
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Power Automate
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT in a business setting
• Experience managing Salesforce.com implementations
• Experience with Smartsheet
• Experience with Microsoft Teams
• Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement
Certifications
• PMP Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe, or other Agile Certifications (Preferred)
