Job Description

Location : Hyderabad

9+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, ideally in largescale data/analytics programs.
Strong experience managing multi-squad Agile delivery and coordinating across global teams.
Deep proficiency with Jira, Jira dashboards, cross-board dependency tracking, and release governance.
Excellent communication skillscapable of presenting to Program Directors, Sr. PMs, Product Managers, and Executive stakeholders.
Ability to work directly with customers, anticipate issues early, and drive alignment across teams.
Strong problemsolving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Foundational understanding of Data Analytics, Data Engineering workflows, cloud data platforms, and modern data tooling.
Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics/Data Engineering program execution.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory.
