Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who thrives in high-energy, collaborative environments and can help teams deliver impactful AI-driven and enterprise digital transformation programs. This role will support cross-functional teams working on modern platforms, automation, and large-scale enterprise initiatives, including SAP transformation and cloud modernization programs. This position is ideal for someone who is not just a facilitator, but a true agile leader, coach, and culture builder.
Key Responsibilities
Lead agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure clear prioritization and delivery focus.
Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers to keep teams moving efficiently.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Support Multiple Squads Delivering Initiatives Across
AI/ML platforms and intelligent automation
Enterprise modernization programs
SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and cloud integration initiatives
Track sprint progress using tools like JIRA, ensuring visibility through metrics and reporting.
Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business users, and SAP functional/technical consultants.
Manage dependencies across enterprise ecosystems including: SAP BTP-based extensions / SAP CPI integrations / ABAP and S/4HANA development streams / Cloud platforms and API-based integration layers.
Promote engineering excellence, quality-first delivery, and sustainable velocity.
Help scale agile maturity within the organization through mentoring and process optimization.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile product or enterprise delivery environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (good to have) frameworks.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced delivery environments.
Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs, with exposure to SAP and cloud-based delivery preferred.
Expertise in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong servant-leader mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
Preferred / Nice To Have
Experience working in SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA migration, SAP Activate).
Exposure to modern SAP ecosystems such as: SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) / SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) / ABAP / RAP development streams / SAP API management and cloud integration patterns.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) supporting enterprise platforms.
Experience in AI-first, SaaS, or digital innovation organizations.
Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master.
