Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team, facilitating various Agile ceremonies, and ensuring that the team remains focused on their tasks. You will work closely with team members to identify and remove any barriers that may hinder their progress, while also tracking and reporting on the team's performance through appropriate metrics. Your role is crucial in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Support the team in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management, Agile Process Coaching, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Process Coaching, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and workshops. - Ability to coach teams in Agile practices and principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
