Job Description-
Must have at least 3 years of Scrum Master/Agile Coach experience
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical discipline with a development background
- Minimum10+ years of experience in software delivery and have proven ability to coach business, delivery teams and management in Agile adoption for minimum 3 yrs.
- Experience in working with demand and delivery teams as they are transformed to an Agile/ DevOps environment
- A SAFe expertise and should have hands-on experience in coaching Program and Portfolio stakeholders using agile or scaled agile practices such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify etc.
- Excellent interpersonal communications, time management skills, Client relationship management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques Nice to have:
- PMP Certification
- Azure Fundamentals Certification
- SAFe5 SPC or RTE certified, and Telecom background preferred
- Scrum Master Certification
