We're hiring an Instagram Content & Growth Manager to own and scale Sujal Jethwani's Instagram presence end-to-end.

This role is for someone who:

• Lives on Instagram
• Actively follows crypto (markets, narratives, psychology)
• Knows why certain reels go viral and others don't
• Thinks in hooks, storytelling, pacing, and retention not guesswork

Your mission:

Spot trends early convert them into high-performing crypto reels grow the page consistently.

Role Details

• Location: Remote
• Type: Full-time
• Experience: 12+ years managing Instagram / short-form content
• Eligibility: Only candidates based in India
• Compensation: Competitive (based on skills & output)

What You'll Do

Own Sujal Jethwani's Instagram account end-to-end

Track Instagram, internet, and crypto trends before they saturate

Ideate viral reel concepts with strong hooks & clear storytelling

Adapt global trends into crypto & finance-specific content

Coordinate closely with video editors for fast execution

Publish reels after final review and optimization

Research content deeply and explain why an idea should work

Track performance (reach, watch time, shares, saves)

Iterate continuously to improve growth, retention, and engagement

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of Crypto & Web3 (markets, narratives, psychology)

Excellent sense of Instagram Reels & short-form content

Ability to identify trends early, not after everyone copies them

Clear understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling

Experience working with editors and content teams

Research-driven mindset logic > guesswork

Basic understanding of Instagram analytics & performance metrics
