The Role

You'll be crafting sharp, scroll-stopping Instagram scripts for Tenb Labs and similar Silicon Valley style tech and startup accounts.

Think: high-signal storytelling, founder energy, and insight distilled into 45-60 seconds of pure value.

You'll transform ideas, insights, and trends into content that is punchy, clear, and impossible to ignore.

What You'll Do

• Write high-impact short-form scripts for Instagram Reels
• Break down complex tech/startup topics into simple, engaging narratives
• Pitch fresh ideas, hooks, and formats
• Maintain a consistent brand voice with personality and intelligence
• Keep up with trends in tech, startups, and short-form content

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing instincts and storytelling skills
• Experience writing for social media (especially Instagram Reels)
• Understanding of tech, startups, SaaS, or business content (a plus)
• Ability to turn abstract ideas into crisp, engaging scripts
• A bias toward clarity, simplicity, and speed
• Curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to iterate fast
