Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and organized Scriptwriter who can develop engaging scripts and efficiently manage video shoots from pre-production to execution. The ideal candidate will bridge creativity and coordination—ensuring content ideas are translated into well-executed shoots on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Scriptwriting
- Develop original scripts for videos (short-form, long-form, ads, reels, branded content, etc.)
- Adapt scripts based on platform, audience, and brand tone
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, or content teams to refine concepts
- Edit and revise scripts based on feedback and performance insights
- Prior experience in working with marketing agency in UGC scripts, linkedin and social media content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills
- Good understanding of video formats and digital platforms
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of video production workflows
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with digital content, UGC ads, or social media videos
- Familiarity with basic video editing or storyboard tools
- Prior experience coordinating shoots or production teams
