Job Title: Scouting Captain

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Scouting Captains to identify, evaluate, and report on commercial property opportunities. This role requires a keen eye for market trends, solid networking skills, and proficiency in compiling accurate property data. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our property portfolio, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scout and assess commercial properties including buildings with number of floors and varied floor sizes.
- Gather and document key details like location, available floors, total availability, building status, rent rates, maintenance charges, and occupancy status.
- Evaluate property amenities including workstation capacity, car parking slots, and fit out capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of property readiness timelines and OC (Occupancy Certificate) statuses.
- Liaise with building owners and property managers to collect contact details, rental terms, and fit-out policies.
- Generate detailed reports that include contact names, designations, and verified contact numbers.
- Work closely with internal leasing, finance, and operations teams to ensure property compliance and viability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 01 year of experience in property scouting or commercial real estate.
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Field-based role with frequent site visits.
- Must be willing to travel locally to scout new properties.
