Designation: SCM and Warehouse Manager

Role Brief

We need an SCM & Warehouse Manager to lead procurement and fulfillment for our online store and physical centers. You will manage everything from vendor negotiations and raw material tracking to Shopify/Shiprocket logistics. The goal is simple: zero leakage, low RTO, and 100% on-time delivery.

Key Outcomes:

Low RTO: Minimize Return to Origin through proactive tracking and courier management.

Timely Delivery: Ensure on-time fulfillment for both online orders and stock transfers to physical centers.

Zero Leakage: Maintain 100% inventory accuracy with no unexplained losses of raw materials or stock.

Efficient Procurement: Source materials at optimal costs to protect margins while ensuring zero stock-outs.

Core Responsibilities

Procurement: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee the purchase of raw materials/hardware.

Inventory & Warehousing: Hands-on management of the central warehouse. Use Google Sheets/Excel for real-time stock reporting.

Platforms: Process online orders via Shopify and manage all logistics through Shiprocket.

Returns: Manage the lifecycle of returns and repairs for both customers and physical centers.

Reporting: Weekly audits on stock levels, shipping costs, and procurement cycles.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in SCM/Logistics (E-commerce background preferred).

Tech Stack: Expert in Shiprocket, Shopify, and Google Sheets/Excel.
