- Should have experience inSupplyChainPlanningCloudupgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience
- Good understanding of Enterprise Structures, OM, GOP, Work center, Work area, DemandPlanning,SupplyPlanning,ItemorResource setup in FusionSCM
- Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly
- Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements
- Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLAs and KPI's
- Focus on reducing recurrence issues caused by theOracleFusion application
- Generate adhoc reports to measure and to communicate the health of the applications
- Should have good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Coordinate with team to close the client requests on time and within SLA
- Exposure perform Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain UAT sign-off
