We deliver enterprise-grade implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central across industries such as Manufacturing (Discrete & Process), Pharma, Trading, Engineering, EPC, IT Service and Project management organisations.
We are expanding our D365 F&O practice and seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant who can independently lead module tracks, interact with CXO-level stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across global projects.
The Senior SCM Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse Management processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
This Role Requires
- Strong functional expertise across SCM modules
- Ability to lead workshops, perform solution design
- Experience working on complex, multi-entity, multi-country implementations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and drive module delivery independently
- Experience collaborating with technical, integration, and cross-functional teams
The consultant will be part of ERBrains global delivery team supporting customers across India, UAE, US, India.
- Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Client Engagement
- Lead detailed requirement workshops with business stakeholders and process owners.
- Conduct onsite warehouse/factory walkthroughs to capture real operational scenarios.
- Document detailed fit-gap analysis, solution blueprint, and process flows.
- Facilitate business alignment meetings, CRP sessions, and solution playback demos.
- Solution Design & Configuration
- Configure and deploy D365 F&O SCM modules including:
- Product Information Management
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Sales & Marketing
- Inventory Management
- Advanced Warehouse Management
- Master Planning (MRP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
- Project management & accounting
- Manufacturing, Quality Management process
- Documentation & Deliverables
- Prepare all functional documents including:
- Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
- Functional Design Document (FDD) for customizations
- Configuration document
- UAT test scripts
- Cutover & Go-Live plan
- Training documents with Task Guides
- Ensure compliance with ERBrains delivery methodology, quality standards, and LCS/BPM guidelines.
- Data Management & Migration
- Manage data templates, cleansing, mapping, and validation.
- Perform DMF (Data Management Framework) activities for:
- Products/variants
- Vendors/customers
- Price lists
- Warehouses/locations
- On-hand inventory
- Open transactions
- Support mock migrations and final cutover data loads.
- Integration & Technical Collaboration
- Work closely with technical teams for all development needs.
- Provide detailed functional specifications for Integration with 3rd Party applications
- Review, validate, and sign off technical solutions.
- Testing, UAT & Go-Live Support
- Drive end-to-end UAT cycles with global customer teams.
- Perform conference room pilots (CRPs) and solution walkthroughs.
- Ensure resolution of defects and re-testing cycles.
- Support cutover execution: master data load, configuration validation, WMS enablement.
- Provide on-site/off-site go-live support and hypercare.
- Internal Contribution
- Mentor junior consultants and support their technical/functional growth.
- Contribute to presales (RFP responses, demos, solutioning, estimation).
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and practice development initiatives.
- Stay updated with Microsoft releases and ensure adoption of new capabilities.
- Mandatory Skills & Experience
Core Functional Expertise
- 68+ years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O Supply Chain, Logistics, and WMS.
- Minimum 56 full-cycle enterprise implementations (mid/large customers).
- Ability to design scalable warehouse and inventory models.
Technical & Delivery Skills
- Proficiency in LCS, BPM, task recorder, and project lifecycle methodology.
- Hands-on experience with DMF (DIXF) for master & transaction data migration.
- Strong documentation skills (FRD, FDD, test scripts, training manuals).
- Ability to manage module delivery independently with minimal supervision.
Domain Expertise
- Experience in one or more industries:

- Experience with Transport Management
- Integration experience with BC, CE, PowerApps
- Experience with 3rd-party WMS, CPQ, and procurement portals

- Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields
- Microsoft Certifications in SCM/MB-330 (preferred)
