We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant who can work closely with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and drive successful adoption of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong functional expertise but also demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills to bridge the gap between business teams and technical implementation teams.

This role requires a proactive, business-focused consultant who can lead workshops, provide training, and guide users throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective system utilization and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary functional point of contact for business users across SCM functions, including Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Planning.
  • Lead interactive workshops to gather business requirements, identify challenges, and propose practical Oracle SCM solutions.
  • Provide coaching, training, and hands-on support to business users to ensure smooth system adoption and effective usage.
  • Capture and analyze user feedback, translate business needs into functional configurations, and recommend system enhancements.
  • Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including business process flows, training materials, and user guides tailored to business teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and integration teams to align business requirements with system design and implementation.
  • Support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), conduct user demonstrations, and refine configurations based on feedback.
  • Provide post-go-live support and suggest continuous improvement opportunities for business processes and system performance.
  • Travel occasionally for onsite workshops, training sessions, or key project milestones as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an SCM Functional Consultant, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), inventory management, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Proven experience in leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, communicate effectively with business users, and simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and enabling business teams throughout project phases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative environments.
