Job Description

  • This role requires an understanding of the company's products and the scientific basis for each of them.
  • Simplifying complex science into short direct marketing messaging for all content.
  • The person should be able to create content for LBL (leave behind literature) for clinical use, slide decks for scientific and marketing presentations and website content for upcoming products.
  • Reading publications, summarizing and presenting before appropriate stakeholders.
  • Confidence in reaching out to doctors, thought leaders, PR to communicate on behalf of the company.
  •  Content Strategy: Develop and execute a scientific communication plan that effectively translates research outcomes and technical data into compelling content for a broader audience, including industry stakeholders and consumers.
  •  Marketing Campaigns: Oversee marketing efforts targeting both scientific professionals and business audiences, ensuring consistency across platforms like digital, print, and events.
  •  Collaborative Outreach: Work closely with R&D, product development, and business teams to create clear, accurate content aligned with both scientific and business goals.
  •  Brand Communication: Position the company as a leader in the field by creating well-researched content like white papers, research summaries, and technical articles.
  •  Content Review: Ensure all scientific communications are thoroughly vetted for accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines while also being accessible to non-expert audiences.

What are we looking in you:

  • Master's degree or Phd in Biology/Biotechnology/Clinical sciences/Pharma.
  • Requisite experience of 1-3 years in scientific/medical writing with samples if available.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences, including scientists, healthcare professionals, and the general public.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in scientific or healthcare communications.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
