  • Role: Full-Time | Field Role (Travel Involved)
  • Schedule: Mon-Sat, 11 AM :8 PM | Sunday Off
  • CTC: 6 - 10LPA+ Variable + Travel Allowance
  • Locations: Hyderabad , Chennai

About The Role

Drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. Youll work closely with parents, students, and schools, managing the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in Field sales, with a preference for EdTech sales.
  • Strong understanding of the cultural nuances and buying behaviors of parents/students from across the K12.
  • High-achieving sales performers with a documented track record of success.
  • Active listeners and trustworthy individuals capable of building rapport with potential learners.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to handling diverse situations.
  • A disciplined mindset for funnel building, feedback tracking, task prioritization, and consistently exceeding targets and deadlines.
  • A sales-oriented mindset to effectively communicate Uprio offerings and achieve revenue objectives.
  • A passion for always delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Skills Qualifications.

  • Good English communication; background in EdTech / Education / B2C sales preferred
  • Open to regular field work (schools, events) with own 2-wheeler
  • Minimum ed-tech / B2C Sales / Field sales of 1 year.
