Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven Sales Executive to build strong market presence across the assigned territory.
The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring consistent secondary sales growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (value + volume)
- Drive consistent 100% target achievement
- Maintain 20–30% YoY growth aligned with territory potential
2. Dealer & Distributor Network Management
- Appoint new dealers/distributors during expansion phases
- Ensure strong secondary sales from each distributor
- Maintain an active and productive distributor base
- Expand coverage across key markets and towns
3. Market Coverage & Field Execution
- Conduct 20–24 field visit days per month
- Visit 6–8 retail outlets daily
- Ensure complete coverage of assigned districts monthly
4. Collections & Outstanding Control
- Ensure timely collections with focus on advance payments
- Maintain healthy outstanding levels
5. Branding & Visibility
- Ensure in-store branding, display execution, and visibility
- Implement promotional campaigns and schemes effectively
6. Reporting & Discipline
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM/reporting tools
Desired Profile- 2–5 years of experience in hardware, tools, electricals, or similar industry
- Existing dealer/distributor network in the assigned state is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of hand tools and power tools market
- Willingness to travel extensively
