Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and support the SCCM/MECM infrastructure.
  • Deploy Windows operating systems using OSD (Operating System Deployment).
  • Package and distribute software applications and updates.
  • Manage Windows patching for servers and endpoints.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot client/server SCCM issues.
  • Maintain SCCM collections, queries, boundaries, and distribution points.
  • Generate custom reports using SCCM Reporting Services (SSRS) or Power BI.
  • Implement and manage device compliance policies and settings.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams for endpoint hardening.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and SOPs for SCCM operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SCCM Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Experience with WSUS, Group Policy, and Active Directory.
  • Solid scripting skills using PowerShell for automation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Windows client and server environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MCSA, MCSE).
  • Experience with Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager for hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with third-party patch management (e.g., Adobe, Java).
  • Knowledge of application packaging tools like AdminStudio or MSI scripting.
  • Experience in enterprise environments with 1,000+ endpoints.
