Location: Pune, India

Role Description

• The Product Management Lead is accountable for defining and delivering platform and product capabilities across the Bank's IT infrastructure and enterprise platforms.
• The role focuses on aligning business strategy with technology execution, ensuring scalable, resilient, and costeffective solutions that integrate seamlessly into endtoend business processes.
• This role provides functional leadership over engineering delivery, drives product strategy and roadmap execution, and ensures strong governance across architecture, quality, cost transparency, and operational sustainability.
• The Product Management Lead works closely with engineering, architecture, finance, and business stakeholders to maximize product value and optimize technology investments.

Your key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Apply strong understanding of enterprise content management and document management systems, including records management, to shape roadmap decisions in this domain.
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform and infrastructure products, aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide functional oversight of engineering delivery across multiple departments, ensuring priorities, dependencies, and outcomes are clearly articulated and achieved.
• Lead the planning and delivery of endtoend product solutions, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and wellarchitected platforms.
• Review and influence solution designs, delivery plans, and quality outcomes to improve engineering capability and promote reuse across the organization.
• Lead crossfunctional collaboration between business, engineering, platform, security, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Ensure financial transparency and cost optimization of product portfolios by working closely with finance and technology teams on budgeting, forecasting, and value realization.
• Establish clear product governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Your skills and experience

Must Have

• 15+ years of experience in technology product management, platform delivery, or largescale enterprise systems within banking or regulated environments.
• Domain experience in enterprise content management, document management, and records management is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading complex, crossplatform product portfolios involving infrastructure, backend systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Solid knowledge of technology financial management, including: Cost modeling and chargeback/showback, Budgeting and forecasting, Cost optimization and value tracking
• Handson experience or strong working knowledge of Apptio (TBM / TFM) tools for technology cost transparency, reporting, and decision support.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed, multivendor, and globally distributed teams.
