3 + years of Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Timesheet or Timeoff and Employee Central. Certified in SF Employee Central and Time
Good communication
Should be able to drive SAP SF EC Time related Design discussions, Requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution proposal and build and integration with 3 rd party system or EC Payroll system
Time off configuration (Time profile, Time type, Time account type), Time sheet valuation and configuration.
Time off accruals (Hire, Termination, Period End Processing).
Time postings ( Time off calendars, Employee time, Time account).
Take rules.
Business rules for Time sheet and Time off.
