Position: SAP SuccessFactors EC Compensation Consultant
Location: India
Experience: 815 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement Employee Central Compensation solutions
Work on compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, and workflows
Develop business rules for compensation calculations and processes
Integrate Compensation with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and other modules
Handle data migration, validation, and system enhancements
Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders and support change management initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
815 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Strong expertise in Employee Central Compensation module
Certification in SAP SF EC Compensation (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations
Good understanding of compensation planning, bonuses, and incentives
Integration experience (SAP CPI / MuleSoft Good to have)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
