Position: SAP SuccessFactors EC Compensation Consultant
Location: India
Experience: 8–15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design, configure, and implement Employee Central Compensation solutions
✔ Work on compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, and workflows
✔ Develop business rules for compensation calculations and processes
✔ Integrate Compensation with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and other modules
✔ Handle data migration, validation, and system enhancements
✔ Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders and support change management initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 8–15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
✔ Strong expertise in Employee Central Compensation module
✔ Certification in SAP SF EC Compensation (Mandatory)
✔ Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations
✔ Good understanding of compensation planning, bonuses, and incentives
✔ Integration experience (SAP CPI / MuleSoft – Good to have)
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
