We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect ( 12+ years of Experience ) to lead the design, blueprinting, and governance of S/4HANA implementations, including Greenfield (new implementation), Brownfield (system conversion), and Bluefield (selective transformation) approaches. The role demands deep expertise in S/4HANA functional capabilities, enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and migration frameworks to deliver scalable and future-ready SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead end-to-end S/4HANA architecture across system transformation scenarios (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield implementations on cloud).
- Conduct AS-IS analysis, fit-gap assessment, and target solution design aligned to business outcomes.
- Lead SAP Activate methodology, Solution Blueprint, and architectural runway planning.
- Experience with SAP Signavio for Process discovery, mining, benchmarking, and KPI-driven insights, Fit-to-standard validation and process harmonization.
- Design migration strategy:
- Greenfield: new process design, master data strategy, and clean core principles.
- Brownfield: system conversion planning, custom code remediation, execution oversight, simplification item handling.
- Bluefield: selective data/process migration using SAP SLO/Selective Migration tools, transformation scope definition.
- Strong knowledgeof SAP simplification items, data model changes, business process redesign, and clean core architecture
- SUM/DMO, SAP SLO, BODS, SLT, Migration Cockpit, S/4 Migration Object Model
- Custom code remediation using SCI, ATC, Quick Fix, and Code Pushdown techniques
- Architect integration strategy leveraging SAP BTP, CPI, EDI, IDoc, APIs, Event Mesh, and 3rd-party middleware.
- Define Extensibility strategy using BTP ABAP Environment, Side-by-Side Extensions, BAS, RAP, CAP, Workflows, Build APPs
- Fiori Architecture, Launchpad strategy, UI5 apps, and role-based UX design
- Establish Clean Core governance, custom code optimization, and DevOps standards.
- Deep understanding of SAP core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, QM, PM, HCM, GRC, MDG, Ariba, SuccessFactors) Lead cross-module solutioning for Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Master Data.
- Drive Data Migration Architecture using SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, SLT, Syniti, S/4HANA Data Services, staging DB design.
- Collaborate with technical teams for performance tuning, sizing, security architecture, and system landscape design.
- Provide architectural guidance to stakeholders, steering committees, and delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with SAP Best Practices, enterprise standards, and solution scalability.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of experience, with at least 4 implementations of S/4 HANA (on cloud - Private & Public) as Solution architect leading the implementation end-to-end.
- Must have performed all the key responsibilities listed above
- SAP Certified in S/4HANA Solution Architecture or relevant modules, Signavio
- Experience with hyperscaler deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), HANA DB architecture, and infrastructure sizing
- Exposure to RISE with SAP , Hybrid Landscape architecture
