SAP EAM Solution Architect

The SAP EAM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into functional designs, leading workshops with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and align contracts with organizational strategies, goals, policies, and procedures.
• Engage with business and IT stakeholders, including key users, to facilitate and lead workshop discussions on SAP S/4HANA EAM requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional design blueprints that deliver solutions for complex business objectives.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA EAM modules, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Implement Reliability Centric Maintenance (RCM) and Work Clearance Management (WCM) processes.
• Ensure integration of EAM with FI, SCM, HR, and PS modules.
• Cooperate with functional Solution Architects to design and implement new or modified solutions that add business value.
• Monitor project progress, provide input for resource planning and estimates, assess risks, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues as needed.

Must-Have Experience

• Strong know-how of EAM business processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA EAM configuration experience.
• Experience integrating EAM with FI, SCM, HR, and PS modules.
• Deep understanding of Reliability Centric Maintenance (RCM) and Work Clearance Management (WCM) processes.

Good-to-Have

• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with Agile project methodology.
