In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead all aspects of SAP MM & WM bug fix & minor enhancement implementation:** Ensure the successful implementation of solutions that meet Emersons high standards.
- Participate in or host weekly MM & WM meetings:** Collaborate with internal and external counterparts to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment across all teams.
- Audit third-party processes:** Strictly enforce compliance with Emerson standards to maintain the highest quality.
- Design and implement SAP MM & WM configuration & customizing:** Lead the configuration and customization efforts within the Emerson Automation Solutions SAP Systems.
- Represent MM & WM in collaborator / customer / partner / team member meetings:** Act as the representative of MM & WM, ensuring that the needs and expectations of our collaborators, customers, partners, and team members are met.
- Review all MM & WM Functional Specifications:** Ensure detailed and accurate specifications built by third parties and the change team.
- Receive Knowledge Transfer from the change team:** Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to maintain Emersons competitive edge.
- Manage ticket resolution, change delivery, and release delivery:** Implement and complete these processes within the Emerson Automation Solutions Run Support Team for flawless execution.
- Use your expertise in SAP MM & WM modules to solve technical issues and integrate with other modules like PP, SD, FICO, and VC.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications:** Ensure business needs are accurately detailed and validated.
- Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, Security, and Business teams:** Ensure accurate planning, development, and execution of all work to optimize solution delivery.
- Coordinate and complete workstream activities:** Ensure that all activities are progressing as planned, identifying and addressing any delays or issues.
- Coordinate and complete system testing & regression testing:** Maintain the highest quality standards through detailed testing.
- Address customer and partner concerns related to RUN MM & WM:** Take charge in resolving issues for business users and internal/external counterparts.
- Follow Emerson processes, policies, and procedures:** Ensure all activities align with our standards of excellence.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience in SAP:** Demonstrated experience in SAP MM/WM and a proven track record of success.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple internal staff and consultants:
- Ability to work effectively within a heavily matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical ability and process orientation:
- Capacity to manage complexity and work independently.
- Collaboration in a global environment:
- Demonstrated capability to coordinate and align with various collaborators.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint:** Essential skills for effective communication and reporting.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Preferred experience in technical interface support and knowledge of EDI, Trax, Taxware, and Tradesphere.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAPs customizing toolset
- Including the Implementation Management Guide (IMG).
- Deep knowledge of SAP data model in MM & WM.
- Expertise in these crucial areas to drive success.
- Detailed knowledge of sales & manufacturing processes
- In-depth understanding of plant environments to improve process integration.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP architecture:

- Bachelor s degree in a technical field such as MIS, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
