About The Job:
- SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant at Client takes end-to-end ownership of projects implementation / support and provides valuable expertise.
- Well acquainted with SAP Methodology and involvement in various stages of project implementation
Essential Job Functions:
- Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery
- Understanding requirements and writing Functional Specification documents
- Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role
- Managing L2/L3 helpdesk support in SAP SD & PS modules.
- Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritizing responsibilities based on dynamic requirements
- Being a highly motivated natural team player with stupendous communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Skilled in delivering in a goal oriented, target driven work environment.
- Being part of the team that provides production support functions for SAP Sales and Distribution.
- Participate in hyper-care and work on production support tasks as required providing L2/L3 support
- Provide Strong systems / process knowledge particularly in SAP SD with problem-solving skills and ability
- Partner with Business teams and SAP Implementation teams to understand the implemented business scenarios and quickly gear up for providing support to end users.
- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and provide regular updates to business users and management team
Qualifications:
- SAP Certification and / or domain experience will be an added advantage
- 5-6 years of functional experience in SAP Sales and Distribution
- Must have at least one full life cycle project implementation experience in SAP Public Cloud environment
- Hands-on experience in configuring the Sales & Distribution module in S/4HANA Cloud (preferably Public Cloud)
- Expertise in SAP SD configuration:
- Sales document types
- Pricing procedure determination
- Customer pricing
- Document pricing procedures
- Tax conditions & localization
- Knowledge of e-invoicing process
- Strong integration knowledge between SAP SD and Project System/Professional Services modules
- Experience in production support with strong understanding of ticket handling and SLAs
- Good documentation and communication skills; ability to work across global cultures and time zones
- Strong systems/process orientation with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business and customer/client focus
- In-depth experience in SAP SD with strong understanding of cross-functional integration with SD and PS
- Familiar with preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), taking sign-offs, configuration, unit/system/integration testing, and UAT
- Good understanding of inter-company billing processes
- Experience in developing/executing test scenarios and cases; hands-on with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, QA, and defect tracking tools
- Ability to resolve client issues in existing business processes and handle configuration-related changes
- Ability to generate required reports in SAP SD modules
- Experience in training end users
- Provided post go-live support and daily status reports
