Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP GTS Process Expert responsible for designing process templates and delivering end-to-end SAP GTS solutions across compliance, customs, and trade preference areas. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to implement and optimize global trade management processes.
Must-Have Skills & Experience Functional & Technical Expertise- 7+ years of experience in SAP O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS consulting
- Strong SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) experience (Mandatory)
- Hands-on expertise in:
- SAP GTS Compliance Management
- SAP GTS Customs Management
- Trade Preference / Risk Management
- Experience in SAP GTS configuration and integration with feeder systems
- Strong knowledge of SAP Foreign Trade / International Trade processes
- Experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA O2C implementation or rollout projects
- Experience in process mapping, solution design, and blueprinting
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design suitable SAP solutions
Project & Process Responsibilities
- Act as E2E process owner for SAP GTS topics
- Support process template design for SAP projects
- Manage business process management activities during rollouts
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Provide state-of-the-art solutions for global trade management
Communication & Leadership
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Experience collaborating with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables
- Experience in mentoring or guiding project teams
Education
Good-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of OTC and P2P processes
- Knowledge of integration with:
- Experience working on multiple client environments or global rollouts
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution during implementations
A strong profile should have
SAP SD + SAP GTS hands-on configuration + S/4HANA implementation/rollout experience.
