Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will lead SD workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality SAP SD solutions that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
- Translate business requirements into SAP SD solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Manage order-to-cash processes: pricing, billing, delivery, shipping, and invoicing.
- Configure SD modules to support business processes; perform unit, integration, and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with MM, FI, WM, and other SAP modules for seamless integration.
- Create functional specifications for RICEFW objects; coordinate with technical teams.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Prepare documentation such as process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 812 years of SAP SD experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD core functionalities: Sales Orders, Pricing, Credit Management, Billing, Delivery, Shipping.
- Familiarity with integrations involving MM, FI, and CRM modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
- Ability to create and interpret functional specifications and collaborate with developers.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Industry experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or related sectors is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SD or S/4HANA Sales certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to EDI, IDoc processing, and third-party interfaces.
