Job Summary
- Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation and support of Sales functions within SAP Retail •
- Should have good experience working on SAP S/4HANA for Fashion Vertical Business solution. • Should have good understanding of SD Fashion Retail domain •
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions • Ability to support all stages of a implementation project • Understand Retail Business Practices/ Best Practices and the customer environment •
- Work closely with the customer and project team to def-ine business requirements and provide recommendations to improve business processes •
- Provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities • Define detailed blueprint for development requirements •
- Builds diverse teams while developing cross-functional business relationships with key stakeholders to drive change, innovation, and improve processes throughout the organization
- # Skill Experience Minimum 7-10 years consulting experience in SAP IS Retail / S4HANA Retail - SD •
- Has experience with minimum of 3-5 full cycle implementations • Strong consulting experience is a must preferably in Retail and Merchandising business process improvements • Expertise in end to end Order-To-Cash business process including B2B B2C. • Experience in data validation as part of the data conversion (Data Migration Cockpit) •
- Strong hands on experience of Configuring, Executing and Enhancing Sales processes like Sales Order processing, Retail Pricing, Promotions Management, Markdown Planning, Settlement Management, Retail Consignment, etc. •
- Strong experience in Output Management (ALE / IDOCs) POS Inbound • Good understanding of differences between SAP ECC IS Retail S/4HANA Retail • Good understanding of Warehouse Management processes in SAP WM/EWM •
- Good experience working with ASAP, Activate Agile implementation methodologies • Experience working with core SAP PP/QM, FI/CO, MM processes required • Good working knowledge of Retail Article Master and associated SD Master Data elements •
- Strong experience in conducting design workshops, identifying gaps and defining custom object (RICEFW) specifications to enhance/extend standard SAP solution • Good understanding of Retail industry specific business processes KPIs •
- Great communication presentation skills, should be able to work independently and be a team player • Must be result-oriented and demonstrate – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness # Experience: 11-14 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role)
