The customer has requested assistance in the form of the following Services:

Subject Matter Expertise (SME): SAP provides Customers with consultants skilled in a particular area or discipline. The consultants assist the Customer by providing information and/or performing activities that require relevant skills. The areas of skills and activities to be performed will be further defined below:

IS-Oil functionalities

• Financials Management Accounting o MM Logistics
• Technology BASIS
• Technology ABAP
• Solution Architect
• Assist in identifying a potential area for performance improvement of the core business processes, technical stability of the SAP solution, data consistency and stable operation of critical interfaces and operations readiness
• Assist Customer in preparing for SAP-related activities hereunder
• Assist Customer in identifying potential areas for reducing total cost of operations and optimization (continuous improvement) of
• SAP Software solution
• Assist Customer in coordinating the maintenance support process for SAP solutions
• Assist Customer with the implementation of recommended actions (including providing reports on support related topics) resultingfrom SAPs deliverables hereunder as well as any other SAP support services
• Provide guidance to Customer s support team on the use of SAP tools (such as SAP Note Assistant, SAP Notes Search and SAP
• Solution Manager), if required
• Work with the Customer team in sharing relevant best practices with the End User Team.
