You'll make a difference by:
- Registration of project in SAP and implementation of business model as defined.
- Monitoring and analysis of planned vs. project costs incurred.
- Ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual conditions at site.
- Identification, mitigation and monitoring of project commercial risks.
- Close follow-up of fiscal aspects, especially in multi-location/international scenarios.
- Customer billing, invoice issuance and overdue follow-up.
- Verification of supplier orders, service entries and invoice confirmations.
- Preparation of monthly forecasts for site activities with accuracy and justification.
- Monthly closing support and analysis of site-related financial results.
- Ensuring project accounting compliance from site perspective.
- Coordination with engineering, planning, procurement, logistics and other stakeholders.
- Analysis and reporting of site-level financial indicators.
- Performing transversal finance activities as required.
- Support to Project Manager for optimizing project results (gross profit, cash flow, assets).
- Participation in site/commercial project review meetings.
- Review of cost and pricing calculations, ensuring proper records in SAP.
- Ensuring adherence to LoA guidelines for commercial decisions.
- Communication of contractual obligations/conditions to site project team members.
Your success is grounded in:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration.
- 3-5years of experience in project controlling/commercial site management.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Good understanding of project costing, contractual terms and claims.
- Strong communication skills (English).
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work in multicultural environment.
