REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 15+ years of SAP delivery experience, with deep specialization in Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Extensive hands‑on and leadership experience with SAP modules: MM, WM, LE, PP, and QM
• Proven success leading large‑scale, global SAP transformation programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in project budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource management.
• Strong experience managing and leading cross‑functional and global delivery teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level engagement.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience supporting global or multi‑regional supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain risk management and resilience strategies.
• Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Background in continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global is seeking a Senior SAP SCM Service Delivery Lead for a large client based in Bangalore, India 12 days onsite per month is required. In this role, you will oversee and deliver large, medium, and small‑scale global supply chain initiatives. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end solution oversight, ensuring SAP supply chain and logistics solutions align with enterprise business objectives, meet strict SLAs, and drive operational excellence across global operations. Your responsibilities will include: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex SAP Supply Chain and Logistics transformation initiatives across global organizations. Oversee solution design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization for SAP modules including MM, WM, LE, PP, and QM. Ensure SAP solutions align with global business strategy, operational goals, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Provide governance and quality oversight across multiple workstreams, vendors, and system integrations.
