Objectives

• Implement CCM automation to improve rebate accrual accuracy, payout visibility, and ease of use for business users.

Scope of the project

• Changes in Mass Upload Program

• As there will be changes in condition types, pricing procedure, we will need changes in our Mass Upload program.

• New Mass uploading program to add lines for Rate changes with new validity in existing condition contracts.

• Delta Accruals at Invoice level, Copa and GL posting at Invoice level.

• Copa (KE24) should have Invoice Number, Condition contract Number and UOM.

• Parent Child Scenario, (Material Determination).

• Changes in Mass Settlement program for Partial, Final settlement.

• Partial and Final settlement should be at Vendor account.

• Changes in PLN and Net Price Validation report.

• Changes in Delta Accruals report.
