Broad Function:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with strong and proven experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offerings in BFSI sector.
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will empower leading BFSI institutions with innovative, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions that enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation outcomes.
Purpose of the Role:
To lead strategic business development within the BFSI domain by cultivating high-impact client relationships, unlocking new revenue streams, and aligning customer needs with our advanced enterprise offerings—thereby strengthening our market footprint and contributing to long-term organizational growth.
Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):
1. New Business Acquisition & Account Growth -Drive new logo acquisition across Tier 1 BFSI enterprises while strategically developing high-potential accounts to expand long-term revenue opportunities.
2. CXO Engagement & Consultative Selling- Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders through a consultative approach, aligning enterprise solutions to business priorities, regulatory needs, and digital transformation objectives.
3. Large Enterprise Deal Ownership- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder transformation deals end-to-end, managing long sales cycles, commercial negotiations, and closure of high-value contracts.
4. Pipeline Development & Ecosystem Networking- Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline through industry networking, strategic partnerships, events, referrals, and proactive outreach within the BFSI ecosystem.
5. RFP & Executive Proposal Leadership - Own the end-to-end RFP process including solution positioning, proposal creation, executive presentations, commercial structuring, and competitive differentiation.
6. Cross-Functional Sales Collaboration - Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure solution alignment, value articulation, and seamless transition from sales to execution
7. Market Intelligence & Go-To-Market Strategy - Continuously monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to refine GTM strategy, strengthen positioning, and identify new growth opportunities.
