Your Role / Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, as well as support and enhancement projects.
- Conduct business workshops to gather requirements, understand business processes, and map them into SAP CO solutions.
- Design and configure Material Ledger to support actual costing and inventory valuation.
- Implement and support Product Costing including cost planning, cost object controlling, and month-end closing activities.
- Configure and support COPA (Profitability Analysis) both Account-Based and Costing-Based.
- Provide solution demonstrations to business stakeholders and support user training and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, SD) to ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP CO modules and provide ongoing support.
Your Profile / Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP CO.
- Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA (at least one end-to-end implementation preferred).
- Expertise in Material Ledger configuration and actual costing.
- Deep understanding of Product Costing (Standard/Actual Costing, Cost Estimates, WIP, Variance Analysis).
- Proficiency in COPA (both Account-Based and Costing-Based).
- Experience in conducting workshops, preparing functional specifications, and working with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
