Job Description –

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Assistant Manager with 8–16 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and strong expertise in S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP SD processes, client interactions, configuration, testing, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP SD implementation and rollout projects in S/4HANA environments.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP SD modules including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Output Determination.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as MM, FI, WM, and PP for integration activities.
• Handle system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and coordinate with stakeholders for project deliverables.
• Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.

Required Skills:

• 8–16 years of experience in SAP SD.
• Mandatory experience in at least 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of OTC (Order to Cash) business processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
• Experience with integrations between SD and other SAP modules.
• Good understanding of IDOCs, Interfaces, and basic debugging concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
