Key Responsibilities:
- Work on SAP SD implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve user issues promptly.
- Configure and customize Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Shipping, and Credit Management.
- Integrate SD with FI, MM, and PP modules as per business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams.
- Conduct UAT, end-user training, and documentation.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module.
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations and multiple support projects.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Good understanding of integration with FI/CO, MM, and PP modules.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
