Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 Test Lead to oversee and guide our testing efforts for SAP S4 implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP testing, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to lead a team to achieve high testing standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP S4 testing activities including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coverage of testing activities.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testing team members.
- Report testing progress and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-9 years of experience in SAP S4 testing or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 modules such as Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM).
- Proficiency in test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Worksoft, or Tricentis.
- Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
