Role Overview
We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration professionals (Analyst / Lead level) to manage and execute end-to-end data migration activities across SAP implementations. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to ensure high-quality data migration aligned with project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities
- Define data migration strategy, mapping, and validation rules
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, etc.)
- Ensure data quality, cleansing, and governance
- Support migration cycles, testing, and validation
- Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions (Lead role)
- Manage migration timelines and deliverables
- Support go-live and rollout activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Data Migration
- Hands-on with Migration Cockpit / LSMW / ETL tools
- Experience in SD (mandatory), MM/FI optional
- Exposure to Master & Transactional Data Migration
- Knowledge of cross-functional integration
- Experience in minimum 2–3 SAP implementations
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Good communication & stakeholder management
