Job Description

Key deliverables:

  1. Manage daily business operations with external banks and merchant partners
  2. Drive enhancements in payment processes through data monitoring and analysis
  3. Resolve escalations and support internal teams with reporting and insights
  4. Coordinate technical solution implementation with cross-functional teams

Role responsibilities:

  1. Analyze product and operations metrics to identify improvement areas
  2. Create and manage business reports and dashboards
  3. Collaborate with customer support and external partners to resolve issues
  4. Address ad-hoc data and operational queries from stakeholders
