Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with over 12 years of experience in managing SAP implementations and delivering end-to-end project lifecycle solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across SAP functional modules and have a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale implementation projects. PMP certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects across multiple functional modules.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end project execution including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Ensure successful deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and manage expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to SAP projects.
• Proven experience in managing SAP implementation projects (mandatory) across India projects
• Strong understanding of SAP functional modules such as:
• SAP FICO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP PP / WM / HCM (any additional modules are a plus)
• Experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a strong plus.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations is highly desirable.
• Exposure to global delivery models and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
