Role: Senior SAP Scrum Lead / Senior SAP Project Manager
Location : Hyderabad/Pune/ Greater Noida

We at Coforge currently hiring experienced Senior SAP Scrum Leads / Senior SAP Project Managers with a strong SAP S/4HANA background to lead large-scale, multi-vendor S/4HANA greenfield implementations. The roles will support a major digital transformation program where multiple legacy SAP and non-SAP systems are being transformed into SAP S/4HANA.
The selected candidates will work closely with internal business and IT teams, multiple SI partners, and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful SAP S/4 delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Senior Scrum Lead / Senior Project Manager for large SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation(s)
- Sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives
- PI planning and release planning (if using SAFe or scaled agile)
- Manage multiple SAP projects and releases in parallel
- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery across SAP workstreams
- Work closely with internal business and IT stakeholders
- Lead project mobilization activities for SAP S/4HANA programs
- Coordinate across multiple vendors and system integrator partners
- Ensure alignment between:
- Business requirements
- SAP functional and technical teams
- Integration and data migration teams
- Proactively manage:
- Risks, dependencies, and issues
- Cross-team coordination and delivery timelines
- Enable self-organizing, high-performing Scrum teams
- Provide clear reporting and status updates to leadership
- Ensure adherence to SAP S/4HANA implementation methodology
Mandatory Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
- Overall Experience: 15+ years in SAP delivery with Greenfield S/4HANA Implementation
- Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-partner environments and manage multiple scrum meetings and teams.
- Proven experience as Senior Scrum Lead / Senior SAP Project Manager
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies SAP Activate (preferred)
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise SAP S/4 programs including transformation of multiple legacy applications
- Strong technical understanding of SAP solutions Functional awareness across key SAP modules
