Job Description

Possess in-depth understanding of the integration points of important SAP modules, including SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM.
In-depth understanding of business processes to maximize workflows and match SAP functionality to business needs.
Ensure SAP initiatives are in line with business goals and the broader IT strategy by collaborating closely with IT management.
Give regular reports on the state of SAP-related activities, including information on project status, risks, problems, and strategies for mitigating them.
Serve as an intermediary between diverse SAP systems that are dispersed throughout different regions, guaranteeing uniformity and consolidation of information and procedures.
Support significant change requests by serving as a liaison between end users and the SAP team, facilitating clear communication, obtaining requirements, and making sure the changes are seamlessly incorporated into the system.
Encourage cooperation amongst regional teams to guarantee that international business procedures are standardized and executed efficiently.
Collaborate closely with users to collect and record specific business requirements, then make sure the internal IT staff is aware of them.
Work together with the internal IT team to develop solutions that satisfy business requirements and respect best practices and technical limitations.
Create training materials and user manuals as needed, and offer users assistance and training.
Find ways to improve processes in the SAP environment by suggesting and putting new features into place that will boost productivity and effectiveness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP best practices and market trends. Share this knowledge and best practices with the team to help SAP deployments get better over time.
Establish and preserve solid bonds with important parties, such as department heads, corporate executives, and end users.
Provide regular updates on project progress, concerns, and modifications to stakeholders and the project team in order to foster clear and effective communication.
Create a thorough plan for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) that includes the goals, timetable, resources, and scope.
Oversee UAT tasks, collaborating closely with users to carry out tests and verify the system s compliance with business requirements.
Record, monitor, and address problems or flaws found during UAT, working with technical teams to implement changes and conduct more testing.
Ensure that all essential business operations are thoroughly covered by creating extensive test cases that are based on functional specifications and business needs.
Ensure that test cases are up to quality standards by reviewing and validating them with business analysts and end users.
Assist with critical operations by liaising with central SAP teams, IT outsourcing partners, and outside vendors on modification requests, guaranteeing seamless execution and conformity to guidelines.
Handle and rank requests for changes, making sure that everyone involved collaborates and communicates well in order to resolve issues quickly and put them into action.
Work together with the SAP and application teams to determine the integration needs for any new or modified apps, making sure that data flows smoothly and that the systems are compatible.
Closely collaborate with both teams to develop and implement integration solutions. Carry out exhaustive testing to confirm functionality and address any problems.
