Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP PP/QM solutions
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications
Configure and support SAP ECC modules, especially Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and MRP processes
Provide end-user training, documentation, and functional support for SAP PP/QM processes
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP/QM related issues in a timely manner
Develop and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, industry standards, and internal compliance requirements
Support testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth system integration and enhancements
