Senior SAP PP–QM Lead Consultant or Managers
Location: Bengaluru & Pune, Mumbai, and Noida
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of the Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, with hands-on experience in the end-to-end project lifecycle, system configuration, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects for PP and QM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP PP (MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, BOM, Routing) and QM (Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Results Recording, Audit Management).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, EWM, and FI modules to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and user training.
- Support data migration, testing (Unit Testing, UAT), and go-live activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices aligned with S/4HANA capabilities.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation including BRD, FS, configuration documents, and SOPs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations).
- Deep understanding of:
- Production Planning processes (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Repetitive Manufacturing).
- Quality Management processes (Incoming, In-process, Final Inspection).
- Experience in integration with MM, SD, and EWM modules.
- Knowledge of MRP Live, Fiori apps, and S/4HANA simplifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing / PP-DS (Advanced Planning).
- Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Knowledge of batch management, serial number management, and quality certificates.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA PP or QM is an added advantage.
